TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE

By purchasing from Wallform Studio, you (the “Customer”) agree to the Terms & Conditions set out below. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted all policies referenced on this page, including our Delivery, Returns and Order Confirmation policies.


Website Orders

When placing an order, you will be required to provide your name, email address, delivery address and payment details. Without this information, we are unable to process your order.

An order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order and/or payment. It does not constitute acceptance of your order. Wallform Studio reserves the right to contact you and issue a full refund in the event of complications including, but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing

  • Stock availability issues

  • Delivery charge discrepancies

A contact telephone number is required so we may reach you if there is an issue with your order or if a delivery quotation is required. Unless you advise otherwise, we may share your contact details with our couriers or delivery partners to facilitate processing and delivery.

The contract between you and Wallform Studio is completed once your order has been dispatched and delivered.

We may be unable to fulfil your order if:

  • The product is out of stock

  • Your payment is declined

If there are any issues, our Customer Service team will contact you via email or telephone.

We reserve the right to reject any order at our discretion.

While we take reasonable care to ensure your payment and personal information remain secure, we cannot be held liable for any loss suffered due to unauthorized access where there has been no negligence on our part.


Contract Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

RETURNS – TERMS & CONDITIONS

At Wallform Studio, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. However, if you wish to return an item, the following conditions apply:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags intact.

  • We do not offer free returns. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility.

  • Certain items are non-returnable. These will be clearly stated on the product page.

  • We can only refund the original cost of the item, not shipping charges.

Please inspect all items upon delivery before disposing of packaging. Failure to do so may affect your ability to obtain a refund.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are:

  • Faults

  • Breakages

  • Defects

  • Discrepancies

Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in your claim being declined.

All items must be returned in their original packaging. Items not returned in original packaging will not be refunded.

Please ensure items are securely packaged for return transit. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service and retaining proof of postage. Wallform Studio is not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be received by us within 14 days.

All returns must arrive within 28 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

Returns received after 14 days but within 28 days may be eligible for store credit at our discretion.

Returns will not be accepted after 60 days.

We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds are processed in USD and typically issued within 7 days of receiving your returned item. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


International Returns

For international customers, the same terms apply.

You are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs

  • Safe delivery of your return

Returning Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receipt

  • Provide clear photographic evidence showing:

    • Outer shipping box

    • Shipping label

    • Internal packaging

    • The damaged item

The product and packaging must be retained for inspection.

Do not return damaged goods without contacting us first. We cannot reimburse return postage if sent without prior approval.

If an item is confirmed as faulty or defective, Wallform Studio will cover the return shipping costs.


Promo Codes

Promo codes must be entered exactly as provided, without spaces, at checkout.

Only one promo code may be used per order.

Promo codes:

  • Cannot be combined with gift cards

  • Cannot be used during sale periods unless explicitly stated

  • Must be applied at checkout (cannot be added afterward)

  • May apply only to selected items

  • Typically have expiration dates

Important Information

Wallform Studio is a home interiors brand. Our products are designed for residential use only.

They are not certified for commercial use. Use in commercial environments voids our returns policy, as our products are not subjected to contract-grade testing standards.

Please measure your space carefully before placing your order. Ensure furniture can pass through staircases, doorways and access points.

We are not responsible for delivery access limitations.

We are not responsible for interest charges incurred by your credit card provider during the refund process.

Refunds are issued in USD.


Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and cannot be redeemed after expiry.


Delivery – United States

We aim to provide transparent and fair shipping costs. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product size and weight.

Orders are dispatched Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates and not guarantees.

Delivery is considered complete once the goods have been delivered to the address provided at checkout.

If delivery attempts fail after two attempts, we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled.

International Shipping

We ship using secure, signed-for services such as DHL, DPD or other trusted couriers.

Standard international delivery typically takes 7–10 working days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and dimensions.

Certain large or freight-class items may require a custom quote.

Shipping rates may fluctuate due to exchange rates and carrier surcharges.

We aim to calculate all applicable taxes and duties at checkout where possible; however, local customs regulations may result in additional charges beyond our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is placed, you will receive:

  • An order confirmation email

  • A dispatch confirmation email with tracking information

For all international deliveries, a mobile phone number is required.
